Intro to Focusing for bereavement counsellors

£185.00

Do your clients ever feel stuck, repeating the same stories without finding relief? Join me for an Introduction to Focusing, based on the pioneering work of Eugene Gendlin. Learn how to help your clients access their 'felt sense'—that deep, bodily 'knowing' that leads to genuine felt shifts and lasting change. This experiential course provides practical tools you can use in your very next session.

This five week course will look at ways to enable the client to:

  • access their body-wisdom

  • be with something that feels stuck

  • be with something they don’t want to feel

  • come into compassionate relationship with their feelings

  • access more inner-resourcing

  • find ways to express feelings that are hard to articulate

Starts Saturday 3rd October 10am - 12 noon

Finishes on 7th November (no class on 24th October).

10 - 15 hours CPD offered

£185  Concessions available, please inquire.

Run by certified Focusing Teacher, Bethany Rivers (accredited by the British Focusing Association).
